What a yes vote does
Require permits from local law enforcement to buy a firearm. Require photo identification, fingerprints, safety training, criminal background check and the payment of a fee to apply for a firearm permit. Criminalize the manufacturing, importing, buying, selling, possessing, using or transferring of ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Violations would make it a class A misdeameanor.
