Amendment 6: Initiative and Referendum Powers and Legislative Change Requirements Amendment

Prohibit the legislature from repealing or amending a citizen initiative unless eighty percent of both chambers of the legislature refer the changes to the next statewide ballot for approval by the electorate, and would prohibit the legislature from making changes to the citizen initiative and referendum process.
