What a yes vote does
Legalize the possession, consumption, manufacture, sale and delivery of marijuana. Allow for a petition of release from prison and expungement of conviction records for certain marijuana-related offenses, while also allowing judges to deny the expungement for "good cause". 6% tax on the retail price of marijuana.
