What a yes vote does

Incrementally increase the gas tax from 17 cents to 27 cents per gallon by June 2022, with revenue from the motor fuel tax increase dedicated to the state highway patrol, exempt prizes for Special Olympics, Paralympics, and Olympics from state taxes, and create a dedicated fund for certain road projects that reduce traffic bottlenecks that affect freight.
